RETURN POLICY

• For Convertible tops, we accept Return or exchanges within 30 days of delivered product. Shipping and handling on exchanges are not covered by AutoBerry. If your product is damaged or defective, we require you to keep the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours upon delivery of product. Damaged shipments will be evaluated and you will be credited according to the outcome of  your claim.
• Please inspect the product before attempting installation, make sure you received correct color and product for your car and free of defect, and matches Your old top. Our product must be folded carefully and returned in the same condition it was received and in the original box. Always pack tissue around the window. Items will not be accepted for credit if installation was attempted. Only brand new items will be accepted in original box.
• Autobery.com reserves the right to make changes in the design of, improvements of, or warranty of its products without imposing any obligation upon itself to provide the same for any products theretofore manufactured.
• When communicating please reference your Order Number.  Returns are Fully refundable with No restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns. 
• All Seat covers are subject to 20% Restocking and Re-backaging Fee
• AutoBerry.com offers custom orders and verity of colors or materials however any Non original color Or material made for Convertible Tops or Seats are Non refundable.
